Rainforest Partnership is on a mission to reduce global deforestation by 5% in 2020. Rainforest Listening is designed to call attention to rainforests and inspire communities across the world to take action.
Tropical rainforests are one of the oldest and most complex land-based ecosystems on earth. But nearly 4,500 acres of rainforests are lost every hour from illegal logging, mining, agriculture, forest fires and drilling for oil and gas. At this rate we won’t have any tropical rainforests in 100 years.
Join Rainforest Partnership to create sustainable incomes in the rainforest, keep forests standing, protect biodiversity, curb climate change, empower women & educate a new generation of global citizens.
